This is a
great course. The easiest way
there is from Exit 109 off the
Garden State Parkway, and head
west onto Newman Springs Road
(right off the exit ramp
coming south from Hoboken).
After passing Brookdale
Community College on your
left, you'll see a Thompson
Park entrance also on your
left. DO NOT enter there;
continue past the Newman Springs entrance and turn left on
Cross Road, then turn left on Longbridge Road. Proceed 1/3 mile to the rear entrance of
Thompson Park (on your left) and enter there. Go straight in 1/4 mile and park by the house
(you'll see all of the runners). The entire distance from the GS Parkway to the entrance
off Longbridge Road is approximately 4 miles.

Take Exit 114 off
the Garden State Parkway, and
head east onto Red Hill Road
(if heading south on GSP from
Hoboken, take a left off the
Ramp). You will come to a
light/fork almost immediately
after crossing back over the
GSP, and you should take a
left there onto Van Schoick
Road. The boundary of the
Park is actually on your right
at this point, and you should
proceed straight (1 mi+-)
until you get to Holland Road,
where you turn right. The
park entrance is on the right
hand side of Holland Road
approx. ½ mile from the turn.
Pull into the Park’s road
which leads to a former
residence on the property and
ample parking. Registration
is right there.

This is a new park recently added to the Monmouth County Park
systems. Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 105, Hwy. 36
east to Eatontown Rd. north (use jughandle). Continue ½-mile
and turn right onto Crescent Way. Parking lot is on the left.

Take Exit 114

and head west (if heading
South from Hoboken, take a
right off the exit ramp).
Follow Red Hill Road a short
distance to the first
intersection and turn right
(more than 90 degree turn)
onto Everett Road. Follow
Everett Road past the Bell
Labs facility on your left,
and shortly thereafter take a
left onto Roberts Road, which
runs into and ends at Long
Street. At that junction, the
Park is directly in front of
you and the entrance to the
Park's parking lot is within
sight. Registration is in the
parking area.
