14th Annual HOHA Snowball on Saturday, February 27

The 14th Annual HOHA Snowball will be held on Saturday, February 27 from 7:00 to 11:30 pm at the Elk's Club at 10th and Washington. A buffet dinner catered by La Isla will be served, and live music will be provided by the locally renowned and loved band, D. Plumbers.

Tickets are $22 in advance or $25 at the door, and they are available at Fleet Feet (604 Washington) or Hoboken Golf (125 Grand). All proceeds will be donated to United Cerebral Palsy of Hudson County and the Jubilee Family Life Center in Hoboken.

HOHA-liday Party

Newlyweds Richard and Suzanne hosted the annual HOHA-liday Party this year. It was a very well attended event and closes out a very successful 2009 for the HOHAs. Many thanks to everyone who helped make it a very special night.

Monmouth County Fall Cross Country Series

The Monmouth County Fall Cross Country Series has concluded its six week run for this year. HOHAs of all ages and abilities made the weekly trip to Monmouth County to compete in this long running series.

11th Annual HOHA Classic 5 Mile Race

On Sunday, May 17, 2009, the Hoboken Harriers Running Club and All Saints Community Development Corporation held the 11th annual HOHA Classic 5-Mile Race and 1-mile Fun Run at Pier A Park. A record turnout enjoyed the well run event. A special thanks to all those who helped make it a success.

Proceeds from the race will benefit the Jubilee Family Life Center, a non-denominational community center in Hoboken that provides job training and after school youth programs.

About the club...

The Hoboken Harriers Running Club, founded in 1988, is a diverse group of runners and joggers from Hoboken, New Jersey, and surrounding Hudson County. The Club, known as the HOHAs, provides runners with camaraderie and support as well as a social component through sponsoring various social and charitable events annually.

Runners of all abilities are welcome - please contact us if you have an interest in running. We do recommend that you attend a Tuesday night run for your first run with the Club.
